Don'ts:
    • Don't go hungry! Your body needs the right nutrients to help keep it healthy and hydrated.
    • Don't drink caffeine or alcohol on really hot days or when you're feeling dehydrated.  Both caffeine and alcohol dehydrate you quickly.
    • Don't exercise outside when it's really hot.
    • Don't exercise when you are feeling dehydrated, the extra sweating means you are losing more precious electrolytes.
    • Skip the bread, breads soak up liquids in your stomach.
    • Don't wait until you are thirsty, it's usually too late by then.  In order to stay hydrated you need to drink throughout the day consistently.
    • Don't hesitate to go to your doctor or the emergency room if you feel dehydrated.
